Who we are

Techfini Solutions is a software studio based in Lahore, Pakistan. We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Questions about it go to hey@techfinisolutions.com.

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, company (if given), the service you picked and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss a possible project.

We also store the IP address the form was sent from, to stop automated spam. It is deleted after one day.

We don’t use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies on the public website. If you turn the site’s sound on, that choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) and never sent to us.

Why we may use it

We process enquiry details because you asked us to get in touch, and to take steps before a possible contract with you.

Where it is stored

The website is hosted by Vercel. Enquiries are stored in a database run by Supabase in [REGION]. Both act only on our instructions.

We never sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted automatically 12 months after they arrive. If we go on to work together, project details are kept under the contract instead.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing hey@techfinisolutions.com. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
